GOALS

Energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, technological innovation

The activities and services delivered are all the time aimed to reach the following goals: energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, technological innovation. We take care of the design from the concept phase to the final realization with a multidisciplinary approach that constitutes our added value.
Every activity is directed to the fulfillment of the customer requirements: respect of timing and estimated cost without any lack of quality or technological innovation.

Activities
Feasibility study

In this activity a concept goes under feasibility analysis, compatibility with the surrounding environment, fulfillment of expectations. Cogenera carries out this activity through preliminary calculations, general cost estimation, calculations of energy and economic savings, identification of possible alternatives, and redditivity analysis.

Activities
Energy audit

The energy audit is the main tool to analyse the utilization mode of the energy source by the end user: only through the energy audit we can understand how the user utilizes the energy and where the intervention can improve the way of use.

Activities
Thermo-mechanical design

Cogenera conducts thermo-mechanical design of any kind of technological plant both in civil and industrial environments: from complex cogeneration and trigeneration plants to climatization plants, from water, air and steam plants to gas plants, from fire safety plants to industrial process plants.

Activities
Electrical and automation design

Cogenera develops the electrical and automation design both in civil and industrial environments, from the delivery point to the lighting plant. In particular the design objectives are the grid protection for auto production plants (like cogeneration and photovoltaic plants), the monitoring, control and regulation systems, the emergency and special plants.

Activities
Construction and energy design

To support the plant design, Cogenera is able to develop architectural and structural design, to modify facades, bases, interspacing for piping, technical tunnels, supports and carpentry, truss for chimneys. The energy design is the base of any project. Its aim is to define precisely the energy needs of a building or a process.

Activities
Environmental design

Cogenera autonomously develops, for each project, the environmental impact evaluation, with a methodological approach to foresee all the direct, indirect, induced, permanent and temporary effects of the project on the environment.

Activities
Fire-safety and security design

Cogenera is able to develop the fire-safety design for power stations and specific on-site activities related to the project for a complete plant design. The task can be related to the design or the verification and test at the end of the works.

Activities
Authorisation procedures

Every project requie authorisations for the construction and operation from the supervisory authorities. Cogenera, as added value, boasts the necessary skills to develop all the authorisation processes to deliver a complementary service to our customer. The regulatory study and updating allows u sto individuate the correct procedures. In this way a good strategy is set to define the project documents and timing to start the works on time. Mainly talking about cogeneration plants this service assumes a fundamental importance.

Activities
Project management

In Cogenera the project management is a consolidated procedure that allows the convergence of methodologies and instruments to delivery any project successfully in terms of modes, times and costs. The technical support to the customer is coordination and scheduling, choice of components, offers and cost control.
