The project involved the construction of a new technology building housing the new trigeneration plant and the new thermo-refrigeration plant serving the air terminal and ancillary rooms.

The new technological hub houses: the trigeneration plant, with electrical capacity 937 kW, thermal capacity 966 kW and cooling capacity 705 kW; the cooling power generation facilities, with total capacity 5.5 MW; the thermal power generation facilities, with total capacity 1’747 kW; and the new MV/LV electrical transformer substation.

Included in the design are: the necessary underground connections between the new technological plant and the distribution network of heat transfer fluids to the terminal utilities in addition to the primary subservices: methane gas pipeline, water supply, new electrical connection.
